Quick Help

How do I rent a powerbank? Simply tap your contactless card or phone on any ChargedUp station to unlock a powerbank.
Where can I return it? Return to any ChargedUp station in our network — same venue or different location.
How much does it cost? Pricing varies by location and duration. Check the station screen for local rates.
What if the powerbank doesn't work? Contact our support team immediately for assistance or replacement.
