Return to a station

The easiest way to return your battery is to simply slide it into any empty slot at any ChargedUp station in our network — same venue or a different location. No additional fees; charging stops immediately upon return.

Return by post

Can't get to a station? Post your battery (tracked postage required) to: ChargedUp Returns, Unit 14B, 5 Mills Road, Aylesford, ME20 7NA. You'll need the battery ID (on the back, starts with CUPH), photos of the front and back, and your contact information. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
