What is ChargedUp?
ChargedUp is the UK's most popular power bank rental service with over 500,000 users
For a small fee (£3 per hour) customers can rent a portable power bank to charge their device
After tapping their card on the reader, a power bank (complete with built-in cables) is released from the machine so they can charge their phone at their table, simple!

ChargedUp is FREE for Stonegate venues & we cover the electricity cost as well as taking care of delivery & maintenance!
How to use ChargedUp
- locate the ChargedUp station inside the venue
- tap the screen and click "rent a power bank"
- tap a credit card, debit card or Apple/Google pay device on the card reader
- once the payment is successful a portable power bank is released from the charging station
- the customer can then take the power bank away to charge their phone using the built-in 3-in-1 cables (covering all devices)
- when finished using the power bank, simply return to the charging station and re-insert the power bank
What do we need from you?
- access to a standard plug socket
- a small amount of space for the charging station to sit on (wherever you think makes sense in your venue)
- nothing else, it really is that straight forward
